- Is there any cost for joining Take Part In Surveys?

- Can I join Take Part In Surveys if I live permanently abroad?
Unfortunately not, Take Part In Surveys is a UK panel, specifically for UK residents only.
- How many survey opportunities will I get?
There will be new survey opportunities on the survey dashboard everyday, additionally you could be invited to take part in a survey directly by email invitations. The number will be different each day, but there should always be something new to try to take part in.
- How do I take part in a survey?
If taking a survey via the survey dashboard, simply click on the survey title to enter the survey. For surveys sent via email invitation just click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. You will need to complete some questions to confirm if you qualify for the survey and if successful you can complete the survey and will be given a points reward.
- What if I don’t qualify for a survey?
If your question answers at the start mean you don’t qualify for a particular survey, don’t worry, you can try another, usually straightaway.
- Why have I not qualified for a survey?
It doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong, for each survey there may be different types of people the survey provider is looking for and they have to ask questions at the start to see who qualifies. This could mean you need to have bought a particular product or visit a particular location for a holiday and so on.
- How do I know if I have qualified for a survey?
Most surveys will ask you qualifying questions at the start and then confirm that you have qualified to answer the rest of the questions. If you haven’t qualified you will be exited from the survey after these first questions and informed that unfortunately on this occasion you do not meet the criteria for taking part, or the survey has too many respondents of the same criteria.
- How do I qualify for more surveys?
By completing the profiling questions it enables us to target surveys to you more accurately which gives you a better chance of qualifying more often.
- I qualified for a survey and completed it, but then I was told my answers couldn’t be used.
Sometimes people may be excluded from a survey if they have failed a quality control measure. This usually means they have gone through the survey very quickly and not taken time to properly read the questions, or they have just ticked the first answer each time. It’s important to take your time and read and answer all the questions carefully and don’t rush.
- How long do surveys take to complete?
These could be short polls of 1-2 minutes up to longer surveys of around 20 minutes to complete.
- Is there a limit to how many surveys I can take part in?
No, you can take part in as many surveys as are available and that you qualify for.
- How do I know a survey I completed has been received?
If you clicked on the finish key at the end of the survey then your survey has been received.
You can check which surveys you have completed by going to Transactions. - I made a mistake during a survey can I go back to change my answer/s?
No, most surveys will not let you go back and change an answer, so it’s important to read all questions carefully and take your time to answer as accurately as possible.
Payment & Rewards
- How do the survey rewards work?
For any survey you complete you will be awarded a points value. This value will be shown to you before you enter the survey and if you successfully complete it, it will appear in your Take Part In Surveys account page. The value of reward is usually higher the longer the survey.
- How do I redeem my rewards?
When you reach £10 in Take Part In Surveys points, you will be able to exchange your points for a gift voucher or make a cash transfer via PayPal for the value of £10. Sometimes we may include a prize draw reward for a survey and this will be made clear in the survey invitation
- Do I have to cash out when I reach a reward value of £10 and what happens after I have reached my pay out level?
You can keep your rewards for longer and choose to cash out later, it’s up to you. After you have taken a £10 cash out, you would start again by building up your points to reach a new cash out by completing more surveys.
- How long does it take for my cash out payment to be made?
After you have confirmed you want to cash out, your payment option will be processed in *(xx) days.

- Do I have to complete a given number of surveys to remain a member of the panel?
You may be removed from the panel if you do not participate in any of the activities you are invited to in a period of more than 6 months.
- How do I know the personal information I provide is safe?
Your personal information is used to communicate with you and manage your Take Part In Surveys membership; it is not shared with any third parties to market any products to you. Your answers are used anonymously, you will never receive any solicitation from third party companies by taking part in Take Part In Surveys. Points make prizes, in this case a cash reward, each time you reach £10 in points, you can cash out through a range of payment options. There are many ways to get rewarded:
